Specializing in thin sheet precision stamp part processing, parts manufactured here are mainly used in automotive onboard electrical components and electronic devices. With many years of knowledge in stamp processing, insert processing, double molding, hoop inserts, potting processing, etc., we process products that give peace of mind. In particular, our insert products are fully completed in-house, from tooling formation to stamping and insert. We have also proactively automated compound processes in an effort to improve reliability and bring down costs.
We have a total of 7 assembly lines at this location, 3 high-speed and 4 medium-speed, with functions from PCB mount assembly to product assembly. Our 24-hour system produces approximately 70 million units per month. We can handle chip sizes as small as 0.2×0.4mm, and can also perform fine-pitch mounting. We also carry out high-frequency product assembly and testing. Thanks to the application of automatic control techniques, we remain in close contact with all departments and share information with them regarding the introduction of robots, the manufacturing of j igs wi t h 3D-CAD sof tware, and so on, wi t h the aim of high-efficiency and high-yield production lines.
Our broad range of molding machines includes 5t to 350t horizontal molding and dual molding. We have a total of 5 painting lines: 2 spindle painting lines, 2 robotic painting lines, and 1 automation painting line. Besides the highly difficult general water-based painting, we also handle soft touch painting and embossing. On top of exterior painting with YAG laser, laser etching programming is also done in-house, with a capacity of to handle sizes of up to 300×300mm. We also handl e pad pr int ing, including closed type.
We have a class 1000 480m2 clean room, which mainly houses automatic COG bonders for mobile phones, polarizing plate bonders, and thermal compression bonders. Organic EL and LCD processing are performed here. We also manufacture medical devices, such as endoscopes.

We have equipment to design and fabricate stamping tooling, mold tooling, and insert mold tooling. Our design uses an idea-based approach employing 3D-CAD/CAM and fluid analysis, while in fabrication we use high-precision, high-speed, ultra-fine processing, as well as equipment that can handle high hardness. Combining these with the know-how our seasoned workers have cultivated over the years, we fabricate superior high-grade, mass-producible tooling.
